GET /v1/payment-categories

Retrieves a complete list of all payment categories supported by Guardarian (SEPA, SWIFT, card payments, Faster Payments, etc.).

GET /v1/payment-categories/{category}/countries

Retrieves a list of all countries where a specific payment category (e.g., VISA_MC, SEPA) is available.
